- Refunds and exchanges are available on unwashed and unworn items in original condition within 30 days from the date of shipment.Â

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@atheia.co with the following:

- Order Number
- Colour, size, and fit of the items desired for return or exchange
- Reason for the return

For exchanges, please provide the colour and size of the replacement item

- Pre-order items
- Items bought during sale and / or promotional periods

Items bought using discount codes
- All returns and exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. ATHEIA will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. A shipping fee of SGD 3.90 will be incurred to mail your replacement items to you.

If there’s a mistake on our end—such as the wrong item shipped or an address error—we’ll resolve it promptly and at no cost to you. If the error was due to incorrect details provided during checkout (e.g., a wrong delivery address), we completely understand that these things happen. Just let us know within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll update it for free. After that window, a re-delivery fee of SGD 6 may apply to cover additional shipping costs.
