Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We provide tracked shipping via Ninja Van, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 3 business days. Free shipping is available for orders exceeding SGD 50. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of SGD 3.90 will be applied.
We offer tracked international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 9 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over SGD 100. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of SGD 12.90 applies.
Import duties may apply and will be charged once the package reaches your destination country and must be paid by the recipient. ATHEIA does not have control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. Please note that taxes and charges (including VAT) are included in the item price or shipping charges.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@atheia.co for assistance.
In the event of a delivery issue, such as a delayed or lost package, please contact our customer support team at support@atheia.co. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.Â
